They contacted us to confirm our name, address, and phone number for the upcoming directory. Then, they sent a fax requesting that it be signed to confirm that all the information was correct. Our secretary thought she was signing off on a proof and approve sheet. In reality, they slipped a two year contract in that would obligate us to pay them $1188 annually for their services. We have no need for a nationwide internet service. It only takes a few moments to enter the data for such a web site. That hardly commands a $1188 annual fee. All that would have to be done to resolve this matter is for them to hit the delete button and this problem no longer exists. Can you help us??? Please!!!
