First I went to 38-32-13th street (his repair shop) with my car and told my car makes noise I don't know where it's coming from than he cheeked n said it's coming from power steering ....now u need new power steering pump . Than I asked him how much will it cost me? And also asked him is it made by my car company ...he responded the steering pump will cost you $ 150 dollars and they don't make that anywhere else than you car company and he said ther will no more noise if u get a new pump. Than rite way i told him okay order the part n put it in so he did. Now afte he done installing power steering my car still make the same noise n he broke the hose for the pump. I told him why it's makes the same noise ? He said I don't know u pay me now . I said u broke the hose + my car didnt get fix why would I pay u? Than he ran in the car n took my keys n said pay me or u don't get ur car. Than I gave him a offer that u put back the old pump n I will give u $50 dollar for ur labor charge. He said noway. I called cops n while they came this guy who worked on my car broke my driver side miror front of my eyes becauz i called cops.its cost me $250 n i have all the pictures so cops came n they made me pay him n told me to let u guys know about it n shu him In civil court that's all
