On Jan. 2, 2012 we received a message on our laptop that our virus protection had expired and we had viruses and worms attacking. The ad from montrocloud popped up so we purchased the virus protection. After purchasing the protection, it ran a program and said all viruses had been quarantined everything was good. On Jan. 3, 2012 our computer crashed. The harddrive had to be reinstalled.
