I ordered a new computer off my bank. The funds were sent with no problem to Newegg.
Because my shipping address didn't match my account records at my bank, Newegg put my order on "hold".
I called my bank and gave them a new address to associate with that account and canceled my order with Newegg then I re-ordered.
It was rejected by my bank because Newegg had not given the money back.
I called Newegg's customer service and was told it would be three to five business days before the initial money would be returned to my account.
This to me is a scam. Where is my money? It's day number three and I'm still waiting-just to let you know.
