After seeing advertisement on TV, I ordered the 9 comfortisse bras and 3 panties. Household Bank Credit Card called to alert me that their were unusual charges on my card. I had unathorized charges from JPAY Correctional Serv for $107.95;Best Bra Comfortisse $74.45, Eversave.com $28.00, Eversave.com $33.00,KGBDEAL $19.00, and KGBDeals.com $14.00 Totaling $276.70.
As these were fraudulent charges, I had to close my credit card and wait for a new card to be re-issued. This all took place the first of November 2011. I am still battling this nightmare.
The charges were transferred to my new card, pending fraudulent charges investigation. I was told by HSBC not to worry, they would take care of everything and not to pay anything. Well, as you can imagine, they still want to charge me Late fees and interest on this amt. The real Beauty of this Scam is that Comfortisse Bra is sending me Past Due letters for $44.90 and threatening me with sending it to a Collection Agency. Someone from this company tried to steal money from my credit card and now wants to give me a problem!!!! Lesson learned, I will close HSBC credit card when this is resolved, for taking so long to clear the charges. I will be EXTREMELY careful and only order from larger well known companies. I should have checked reviews and online information!!!
