Reviewed bank account. Noticed charge for purchase I did not make. Contacted eacgsupport.com to find out what happened. Was informed that the purchase was for Herbal Hair Removal Cream. As soon as I was told this, she typed that my credit card had been refunded and "blacklisted" so it could not be charged again. I found this strange, because I had only inquired as to what the charge for. I had not been angry nor did I demand it be removed. I had only asked what it was for.
