I bought 2 items from him and paid immediately. The person provided false shipping tracking information and ebay accepted that information and decided on his favor, on the dispute i opened. Ebay went through with that decision even though the seller once he took the money disabled his account and made his feedback private, and retracted his listings so i could not leave him negative feedback.
Ebay over all is somewhat safe but if you do not pay with paypal that is a trusted website you are never certain if you gonna get scammed or not. BEWARE if the crook NAMED magokoroyo. Ebay's non registered user atm.
