I found out today that Grant Approval Network has been charging my debit account for 79.81 since Feb 2010. After calling there number many times i finally received a live person. Anne Deeb, there customer corespondent told me that i was paying for monthly use of there web site (which I have never visited). I was suppose to receive a CD explaining the web site and how to use it (which i never received). Anne told tell me that they would only refund 3 payments because i agreed to the terms and conditions (which I did not). I don't know the legalities of this situation. But if i never received anything (the CD), didn't they break there terms of agreement. Please help I am A student taking 15 units working 6 days a week, simply to survive. This company is a sham and should be dealt with immediately before someone else gets used.
My bank and I are filing a fraud claim which will only cover 60 days because of federal law. I need the rest of this money back please help.
