I purchased the Android 7.7 Tablet for Christmas. It was a defective device from start. Everytime I tried to turn it on, it stayed on for like two minutes and shut completely off. I tried charging it and it would do the same thing. Then, one day when I tried to turn it on the screen was started to static and then it shut completely off again. I tried to turn it back on and it would not come on at all not even when I charged it. I sent it back to eglobal electronics on Jan. 13th and so they say on my account that the return status was approved and that my refund would be restored in 3 weeks. Well, its past 3 weeks and I still don't have my $105.96. I want my money and I want something done about this company. Money does not grow on trees and times are too hard for people to steal money from hard working consumers. I called and left a message on 02/01/2012, but of course I'm not looking for a phone call back.
