I completed a survey after using Amazon and then I was looking at $99.00 taken out of my account to Unified Savings. I did get through on the number given online and asked to cancel. Was told no problem, would take about 2 weeks for money to go back into my checking account in which I had never authorized this check debit in the first place. I waited 3 weeks and called again. I was told it would take about another week but they would put a priority on it. I asked to speak to a supervisor or management and was told they could not put me through to anyone. Of course since that time there is no option to talk to anyone when you call the number and I have not seen my $99.00 yet. I am on unemployment and that $99.00 would really help me out right now.
