1. On July 6, 2011 I purchased an "Unlimited Lifetime Membership".  When I attempted to register to download a bestseller, I got the message: User name in use."  I wrote to Support, but have not received a response as of July 25, 2011 9:55 pm PST.

2. On the same date when I attempted to use the second of the usernames to register to download the same bestseller,  I received the same message,  plus I received the message that my email address is not associated with any account.  I wrote to Support again, and have not received a response as of July 25, 2011 9:55 PM PST.

3. The advertised "Bestsellers" all have the usual Barnes and Noble prices for downloading rather than having no further charges as promised, and as mentioned in #1 and #2 above, I cannot download from my service since my username/password/email address is not accepted.

4. Their website claims a 60 day refund policy, but three requests have been ignored as of today, July 25, 2011 9:55 PM PST. I wrote emails to Support on July 9, July 14, July 19, and again today, July 25, 2011.
