on 01/12/2012 AT&T did an unauthorized credit card charge my credit union account I call at&t about the charge they said they didnt do it! so I told AT&T IM looking at an overdraft notice from my credit union right now which was 01/17/2012. AT&T told me to send in copies of overdraft notice and bank statement of them going in my account. so I fax them the information. Now mine you I do have automatic payment with AT&T every month between the 21 and 23 of the month not on the 12 of Jan. I am good client of AT&T never late been pay my full bill every month scince I sign up with them. AT&T took my payment of $45.27 for Jan.23 2012 and after that I have been harrass threatned to lose my service if I dont pay $184.40 frist I got harrassing phone calls after my bill was paid on the 23 of Jan.2012 I called AT&T ask them what they were talking about the said I was not paying my full amount for my internet I dispute their claim the date is Jan. the 24 2012, and onJan. the 28. I got a disconnting notice for Jan.30 2012 for my phone and intrnet service. so I called ATT again about the notice and they told me I had to pay the $184.40 at once. I am disable and on fix income I cant pay that and I have paid all of MY bills they have sent me I think this is extortion! Why should I have to pay for AT&T mistakes. I think AT&T should pay for their own mistakes My agreement AT&T June 02 2011 was to pay $176.54

and $41.54 amonth when ever I got a bill I paid it.

right after I asked them about going in my account illeagly thats when the back charges for $184.40 came.
I want to either stay AT&T with ajustments on my bill as of Jan.23 2012 or go to another service with out bing penalize for sevice and credit report
