I received a call from the company I mention above telling me that I was approved for a loan but that I had to pay a security deposit of $1000.00 in advanced. I paid the money by money gram to Spain because they told me the lender was in there. After that they said i was not approved because i need to send $1000.00 more. I asked for a refund and they said in a month they were going to deposit it to my checking account. Now I call them and the said they are in bankruptcy under chapter 7. What can I do?
