I talked to a mark Miller and was asked to send 131.00,afterwards he told me i needed to pay taxes of 159.00 to get the loan sent and i refused to pay anything else but i asked to get my money refunded and forget about sending the money. He then told me that i would lose my 131 if i didn't pay the taxes., j
