This is really extremely radiculous, I used the pay phone with credit card to call my friend's local phone number and he is in local, I called 4 times, 2 times didn't call through, 2 time left void mail, but each time, it costed my $20, what kind of rate it is! I called the wimactel, they said that is it the rate they charged!!!
