Jim Davis is what he calls himself will call you to invest in a debt solution company called Dynamic Solutions. He will tell you they advertise all over the TV and they want you to not only promote their site but also invest.
They will send out a very professional packet containing all information regarding the company as well as a contract for you to sign and send back. After a couple of weeks I called Mr. Davis concerning my earrings. He told me he would have his secretary email me the back office.
I called him back and told him my attorney was interested in his product but all he could locate was scam alters and complaints from the Better Business Bureau his comment showed he was pretty stupid when he said WELL DID HE NOT VIEW OUR WEBSITE AND I DON'T HAVE TO BE A MEMBER OF THE BBB. RIGHT THERE I started my homework and began emailing him regarding return of funds as I have a two year old to support and needed the money. I have emailed him about 10 times as he has two different emails and never did he answer one. I trusted this man and just did not do all my due diligence now I have problems paying bills. He is a very cruel man along with his assistance. Phones are never answered so do not get fooled by WE ARE SO BUSY WE CAN'T TAKE YOUR CALL. The attorney tried to call and enroll but no one ever responded. STAY AWAY.. I am going to pursue him as he has absolutely no idea on how easy it will be to locate him and his partner. ANYONE WHO TAKES MONEY FROM A SINGLE MOM TRYING TO KEEP A HOUSE AND SUPPORT HER FAMILY IS BEYOND CRUEL!!!!
