they said i won 1000.00 dollar wal-mart gift card and asked for my address and personal info then sent me a text with a appoval code and i cant find the claim site its a scam and now they have my personal info im very concerned and ready to prosecute and shut down site imediately!!!!

What are you very concerned about? What kind of "personal info" did you give them? Because according to their website (http://retailbrandprize.com/terms.php) they only ask for your email address and a physical street address. Those things are hardly personal, and you have no basis to prosecute.
I'll agree that they are shady, but I think you are more upset about being foolish enough to respond to a random text message you received from someone you didn't know in the first place.
