a person called to say i was sellected from a certain few each year to receive a grant from the department of human services in washington dc for the sum of $7.800 dollars by western union the same day but i had to send them $200.00 dollars first by western union in which i did they said iwould recieve the money as soon as they recieve the $200.00 in which it was going to india by the name of alex cruz after the transaction was done they said i needed to send them the 10 percent of the $7.800 dollars for the taxes which was about $793.00 dollars i said to send me the check and i will pay the taxes after i recieve it they said they needed the 10 percent first thats when i releized that i was taken
