Iliadis Qualified Settlement Fund - False Advertising for $26.52 on 01/28/2012
I never worked for this company.I never even heard of such a place in Media PA I live in a different state i wonder if someone is using my social security number to work. Because my number is on the W-2 form that I got. I am also gonna get in touch with IRS and let them know about this.That's my next step

I also received a W2 from ILIADIS Qualified Settlement Fund. I've never worked for this company. Please let me know if I should report this to IRS or somewhere else?

Actually, after googling and looking at my accounting records I just found that this was the payment made to us as a result of Wal-Mart vs Iliadis law suit. I remember receiving a check of this amount mentioned in the W2. At this point, it doesn't seem scam to me. But I'm still searching to make sure.

I just received this in the mail today too. Thought it was a scam but after searching and seeing your post I took a look through my records and found the settlement stub.
