These guys website is deceiving!!! Went on and registered first, then went and clicked on Bid for an iPad and right after a message came on stating congratulations you just won a bid pack? WTF, I thought I was bidding on a iPad not knowing their site you have to purchase bid packs in order to participate.
Worse is their customer service. Spent like days on the phone with a maria who couldn't spell for shit plus I had to constantly repeat myself. Only after further research did I find out these people are located in Deerfield Florida!!!! Like get some fucken people that understand English!!!
Well, after much time she finalyy said that a refund will be issued and a email confirming this would be sent to me.
Got a email from a Penny Garcia stating that after 5-7 business days I should see the $59.00 back in my account.
Yeah, will see!!!!!
