I "won" several items on their auctions. Somehow 1 of the cheaper items were shipped to me, however 6 other items have not shipped and its been over 6 weeks since I paid for them and still no deliveries. I have spoken to there customer support and am always being assured that they will ship "soon". I doubt very much that they will ever ship and am sure that I will not get my money back.

  • What a run around. You claim my account was flagged as "fraud" and will not ship the items I won. Now you can auction the items again and get double your payback. You never explain How my account was flagged fraud and why. Come clean and do the right thing.

  • Patrick,

There is a great amount of fraudulent wins on our site, in large part "customers" using fraudulent credit cards. There is also a great deal of fraud involving 3rd party cheap programs. Our fraud team *did* mark your account as fraudulent under the criteria we use.

While I am understanding of your disagreement with our decision, I would like to also point out that we have fully complied with your request to refund *all* transactions. And additionally, prior to your account being marked as fraud, you did receive an iPod from us which ended up being 100% free of charge to you.

This was *anything* but an ideal case study of our site. We hate situations like this. But I hope that in the end we handled ourselves responsibly with resolution to your problem.

    Thank you Patrick.

  • Well, I appreciate the token effort to refund my money, However I have yet to receive a valid reason why my account was flagged as "fraud". My credit card was legitmate as well as my auction bidding. If you really wanted to right a wrong, you should have been able to reverse the original decision to flag my account. I did nothing wrong, it was your people who incorrectly flagged my account. As you know there are many other unhappy customers who are dealing with some of the same issues. I doubt that you will remain in business using your current business practices.
