I placed an order with Keepsake Rosaries on November 27, 2010 for one rosary. My check was cashed immediately and as of the end of January, 2012, I have not received anything. The rosary I ordered was never sent.
There is no way to contact this company. Phone calls are not returned. Emails are returned back because their mailbox is full. Look closely at the feedback page on their website. There is no “wonderful feedback” after 2009. They invite you to add your comments to their Facebook page, but clicking the link gets you nowhere. They have no Facebook page.
Please do a search on this company. You will find numerous stories exactly like mine. There are numerous complaints on the Better Business Bureau site as well as others.
I made the mistake of sending flowers from a relative’s funeral. I wanted a rosary for my daughter from her godfather’s funeral. Please do not fall for their “I’m a Catholic” line. These “Catholics” prey on people - they take your money and your flowers from a special occasion and you never hear from them again. Their business is a scam. Do not do business with them!
