I order the free Smoke Assist over the phone, they said I had to pay shipping and handling only at $9.95. The guy started telling me about all the other bargains they had, I told him all I want is the Smoke Assist. Before I got off the phone I ask the guy "all I'm going to be charge is $9.95" he said yes. Then I look at my account and they charged me $149.85.
