Banfield wellness plan is an annual planned designed to help minimize pet care cost. They renewed my plan without my permission, after my dog was euthanized. They sign you up at their hospitals but they don't give you a contract or any information regarding their policies. I was charged twice in one month for a dog that is gone.

- Untrue. Every time a contract is signed, clients are given a copy of what they signed as well as a separate paper with terms and conditions. Those terms also include the automatic roll over for the end of the plan. Clients can choose to have a plan on "non-renew" to avoid such things.

I need to agree with Anonymous; Banfield is a racket- They lock you into an overpriced service plan. Have auto renew clauses in their agreement. Their agreements are so bias its unbelievable. That should give you enough warning to what this company is all about. BEWARE BEFORE SIGNING ANY BANFIELD CONTRACT. They are like paycheck loan places….
Basically, you are over paying for services you can get from more established vets. Take what Banfields offers in the program to any vet in your area. You can get the same or more for less and you will know what vet you are dealing with. Banfield’s vets are a revovling door or ‘break in’ shop for new vets starting out. If you find an established vet in your neighborhood they have their reputation on the line.

- One fine note, do a simple Google Search on 'Banfield Wellness Compaints'. That speaks volumes to the customer service and one side contracts this organization has.
