This company contacted me by telephone in response to my looking for a lower interest rate on my mortgage. I did not know that I should not pay for this service. I sent them a check for $930
then discovered their service was a scam. Their website cannot be accessed. I am hoping to get my money back. I contatcet the FTC, and have had an email reply with a case number but it had nothing more. The address of this firm is Choice 1 Mortgage Relief 340 E Maple, Suite 207. Langhorne, PA 19047

I don't think I will be using this company... I am leary of a company that redirects users mail to gmail accounts. I am guessing the company is utilizing servers and app space from a 3rd party otherwise I would think they would have their own MX Exchange Servers.

I will not be using your companies services and here is the reason why:
1. You say the President of the Company is Beryl Tunick and have been in business over 5 years. The original company split? Who was the the company it was split from?
By doing a simple background check, I have to believe you name is not Josh Stroh but may actually be Josh Tunick, related to Michael and Edward Tunick. So this Company is most likely owned by the Tunick Family.
