I signed up for the initial report, which I never recieved. I called the company and cancelled right away as I never got the report. I was given a confirmation code for the cancellation however, never got the refund. Several calls later I was told they provided the service I signed up for. Still no car fax.

REPORT TO THE FTC...BY CALLING THE FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION...
I did and they asked that all consumers defrauded should report these companies so that they can prosecute....prosecution is based on actual monetary losses. FILE THE CLAIM NOW ON . CARVIN.COM; PROPERTYVALUE.COM; CARVINHISTORY.COM; VINHISTORYS.COM; ETC.
