I went to their web sight and signed up for the trial membership . I went to cancel within the three days and their office was closed on January 1 2012. And there was no way to leave a message on their website. I called them January 2 2012 and cancelled but they still billed me the $29.95 and the $2.95. On there website it said there hours were M-F 8am-5pm pst. No mention of being closed for the Holiday. If this was the case then it should be business days.
