I BOUGHT THE ENTIRE DEAL" FROM WORX. CAN'T USE ANY OF THE EQUIPMENT, AS THE LITHIUM BATTERIES DO NOT CHARGE FULLY. I HAVE MAYBE A 5 MINUTE CHARGE ON ALL OF THEM. I HAVE 2 CHARGERS AND 4 BATTERIES, AND NON OF THEM HOLD A CHARGE. I AM PISSED!! I CALLED WORX, AND WAS TOLD I NEEDED TO PURCHASE MORE BATTERIES. ARE YOU FREKKIN KIDDING ME HERE!!! WHY THE HELL WOULD I BUY MORE BATTERIES, WHEN THE NEW ONES I PURCHASED DO NOT WORK. AND OF COURSE, IT'S ALWAYS THE CONSUMERS FAULT. I SUPPOSEDLY DIDN'T CHARGE THEM FULLY AND THEREFORE THEY WON'T HOLD A FULL CHARGE. DOES 3 HOURS ON THE CHARGER MEAN FULL CHARGE.
I AM "CHARGED, AND AS MY HUSBAND SAYS.."LOCK AND LOAD"..I WANT THESE PEOPLE OUT OF BUSINESS. I'M TIRED OF GETTING "BAFFOONED" BY THE WORX CROWD. THEY HAVE A GREAT INFOMERCIAL, BUT NONE OF THEIR CRAP WORKS...
A CLASSIC CASE OF FALSE-ADVERTISING!!
