Thought I was going to use a product similar to Ebay and was enticed by free bids. No evidence of charging my credit card with $99 until after the fact. Ad gives you all the security promises and then no one available by phone to stop the transaction. Called my credit card company and closed the account but will still have to fight for my $99 Man, do I feel stupid!!!!

Hello,

I am sorry to hear about your confusion on both the service we offer and the charge to your card. We try very hard to make sure our credit card charges to our users are clearly disclosed. Below is a screenshot of our sign-up for where we sell our $99 bid pack you are referencing:

We currently offer customer support Monday-Friday (although as you can see, our devoted management staff is working on a Sunday night to make the product increasingly better)!

Below is our customer support info. Please give them a call during the hours specified if you have a concern. However, I really hope you give the site a try! There are tremendous savings to be had and frankly its a lot of fun too!

I did some investigating into grabswag after being ripped off by these cronies and i found out who was behind this scam. GrabSwag.com, is a scam, partnered with a company called IMM Interactive/Copeac which is owned by Mike Krongel, which is a scam affiliate network that sends consumers to these sites via fake news articles and gets paid for it. If you click on one of the fake news sites that they are running below, and in internet explorer use webpage privacy, you will see emediatrack.com, on the privacy, which is owend by IMM Interactive/Copeac ( This is how I found out who was behind it). IMM Interactive and Mike Krongel has duped consumers out of millions of dollars says the FTC, by running fake news sites, like the one linked below, and they are currently being sued by the FTC, for false advertising and deceptive marketing practices, for using fake news websites like the one linked below. The FTC is trying to stop them but apparently can't. Lets get these people shut down!!! Report GrabSwag and IMM Interactive/Copeac, to the FTC, Attorney Generals, BBB, IC3, FBI and lets get a class action lawsuit going against both of these companies scambook!!!
