The initial debit of $5.18 occurred on 12 January 2012 when I ordered the product. It hadn't arrived by monday 23 January and so I set about cancelling my membership as I was concerned with the non arrival of the product. After not receiving an answer to my email of the 24th requesting cancellation of my order,I contacted my bank just now to cancel my credit card. I was informed by the bank this is the only way to ensure no further deductions by the company.
