Direct tv under agreement with the company agreed to provide HD at no additional programming cost if you provided a credit card for the company to bill the program cost to. Since then they have been charging the card additional cost related to freight and whatever excuse they can come up with in addition to the program cost. The was no agreement to any other cost beyond the actual programming cost. Contacted the company and they have come up with what they term as appropriate additional cost beyond what was agreed upon in the service agreement.
