Automaxx is a used car store. I went up there to get a used car. I got a 2002 ford and i brought it home I noticed that the transmission was slipping. I took it back I said I want a different car because with it slipping I didn't want them to give it a minor fix to get it throw to where I would have to pay for t. I was told if it was the Transmission that I could get another car under it is less than a week trade. That was a lie the put it in the shop and said I can get it back Monday. I didn't like that so I told him I didn't want it it is the transmission even if it was only the wiring to the transmission. He then told me he would call me back in 20 that he wanted me as a customer and he was going to do what he could to make me happy. So I waited no call after 3 hours I called back. I was put on to the guy that sold me the car Motty Key. He said there is nothing he can do that I could just get the car Monday I was mad they gave me a run around so I told him no I would like to speak to the manger he told me no I could not speak to the manger. I told him I have every right to speak to the manger that he needs to put his manger on He said then My manger does not want to speak to you. I told him you know that you refusing for me to speak to you manger is against the law? I would like to speak to you manger he told me again not I said that is fine I don't have to get upset I just need a layer and I hung up the phone. I then called a layer I told him how I had the car just over 48 hours and how the company handle my problem he told me I could hire him that I do have a case, Or I could just file a suite myself in civil court. I needed to refuse to pick up the car and tell them they have 7 days to refund my money. I did this verbally and in email. That is the point we are at now. So buyer beware if you pick a bad car the will try and fix it but with the way the run business it is going to be a fix that you will pay out more in the end.. Don't think that the manger will be of any help they let their employee's treat customers any way they like.
