Not sure of the date. I have a company that is telling me that I have filed for a payday load, which I did not and I have been telling them this for a year. POLR is telling me that they have the account now and they are going to attache my check to get the money. I have been insturcted by them to file a claim and send them a copy of it and they will take care of the charges. They have all my right information but I did not do a pay day loan.
