I signed up for the free trial of the Certified African Mango and the Tone DeTox. I paid only for shipping which was fine. But now, I am being charged for two automatic monthly rebills of $82.94 and I have not authorized them. I have written to My Health Offers to cancel the rebills and also to CCBill.com who handles the Visa payments. My e-mails to [email protected] have all been returned !! I have also asked my bank to cancel all future rebills but I don't know if they can do that. I am awaiting their reply.
Nowhere on the My Health offers website is there instructions to cancel orders!! so how do I protect myself now against this fraudulent conduct ?
