I wanted to check the car vin and came upon this website that said you can try for a 3 day trail for $2.95. And thought it was a steal. So I signed up for it. As I signed up for it, I couldn't access my account and the password they gave me was wrong. As I called them and explained to them my situation, they were rude and I said I wanted to cancel everything. They didn't refund my $2.95 which I let go. 4 days later I check my credit card statement and I was charged $29.95 from them after I cancelled my account. I called them back and this guy name ronald Lamperough gave me attitude and told me to write to [email protected] which was an invalid email address. Then 5 mins later I got a threatening letter saying f*** you and your stupid baby (because my baby was crying in the background) and just kept on cursing me. I called back and the same person picked up again and I started to scream at him. He of course denied it. Then he hung up on me. I called back and this guy named Rick picked up the phone and said I see you got your refund and that if I wanted to make a. Complaint to call back on Monday which I am going to do. But I cancelled my credit card!!!! Do not trust these people!!! They are fraudulent and Scammers!!!!!!!! DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!
