I purchased a Travel dish beginning 12/2/11 for $35.99. I at first thought it was a c.o.d because they don't take normal forms of payment like most companies, and they sent me an invoice confirmation so I assumed it was ok. After some time I became concerned when it had not come. so I e-mailed them and they told me I needed to pay by check. I was upset because they should have let me know, this was a Christmas gift and that was time wasted. I paid by by check on 12/11/11, it cleared my account on 12/13/11. The item never came. Weeks went by and since it would not arrive in time for Christmas I asked for my money back on 12/21/11. They said they were back logged due to the Holidays and they would cancel my order and refund my money ASAP. They said to allow 7 to 10 working days, so I did. Needless to say the check never came. I sent an e-mail asking where my refund was and they assured me it was on it's way to be patient. It never came, I sent several e-mails letting them know it never came and asking where it is. Now I do not get any responses from them, it's like they don't exist. I realize my amount is not a big amount but this is my money that they took from me and I did not get the product or my money back. I have saved every e-mail I have received from them. This company has giving me the "run-a-round" since the beginning and it has been a horrible situation.
