On 1/10/2012 I tried to open my computer the Windows Security Center appeared told me I had 26 viruses and offered 3 packages for $59.95, $69.95, and $79.95. I signed up with my daughter's credit card. Called my local provider and decided to take their offer to clean up viruses and purchased that package. The $69.95 was credited back to my daughter's bank account. On 1/13/2012 the $69.95 was taken from my bank account. Since I decided against their offer and money was refunded to my daughters account I attempted to contact them myself. That is when I found out that wasn't possible. I am only trying to get money refunded for a service I don't want.
