I received on the evening of 1/18/2012, via USPS Express Mail from Keith Nicholls @ 300 N Los Angeles St, Lon Angeles, CA 90012-3308 a letter that stated "INSTURCTIONS ON FIRST SURVEY TO BE COMPLETED TODAY THROUGH WESTERN UNION", AND 2 MONEY ORDERS FROM PAUL DURAN. I was to take $200, and send $1771.50 via WU wire transfer to Angela Martinez Los Angeles, CA 90012. I was told that I can call or leave a message on 213-437-6139 or email details to [email protected]

Fortunately I know money is not free like that, so I am taking this to the police department after i get off work tonite!!

- Me and my fiancee got the EXACT same thing in the mail on January 19th, 2012. He applied to be a secret shopper a couple weeks ago and just so happened to get an email about becoming one. He said yes and then this came in the mail. First off..what company would give someone almost two thousand dollars right off the bat? No way. The man called "Paul Duran" called our phone number and got frustrated with us when we didn't get the "assignment" done as soon as we got the package. Then kept saying..."Wheres our money?" "Your up to something aren't you?" ... Not cool. I hope nobody else has to go through this. This name has been used way too many times in a scam. How do we stop it??

- Nobody call me, that's odd. Hmm maybe the fact that I turned in my paperwork to the police the very next day means that the police in LA are on to them! :-)
