Advertised sample for 9.95 and have been charged $99., $94. and a new charge on 1/12 $94. and have received only the first "sample" item. Have repeately called with no answer and also emailed and they have not acknowledged. I sent an email after the first charge asking to discontinue and to cancel order, but they have never acknowledged and just kept debiting my charge card.

- if you are in the UK the best time to call is in the morning, the customer service is based in the USA. so 6am USA time should get you in right away. also the product never states sample...it is a trial...you try it for a certain time and call cust service within trial to avoid billing...its how all trial" on the web are done, also reading Terms is a great way to avoid all hassle. hope this works for you
