Before I had even used 14 days worth of this product, they charged me. The pills were making me sick so I had to stop. When I went to cancel on their website (note the huge "Cancel" button), I entered the asked for information. If that didn't work, I also was directed to an email address to which I sent another cancellation notice. When I finally got a hold of someone, they said they will not refund any money until they get the product back and gave me a deadline for that. They said their website does not have a cancel option - so that is obviously a ploy to get you to think you actually did cancel when they claim they have no record of it. They will probably say they get the return too late too. They have already charged me for a shipment I have not gotten and now have a deadline to get it back to them. They say they are paperless, yet include a paper invoice with the product. They say now that they will only consider phone calls, but this is in contradiction to what their website says. They also say (supposedly in the fine print of the trial order) that they will only take returns within 30 days. But they don't manage to mention that on the paperwork they did include with the pills. AND THEY ARE WAY TOO EXPENSIVE for something that looks like a generic vitamin. This has become a nightmare - what a racket!
