I sent for and received the product.I was not happy with it so according to the "no-risk 100% money back guarantee" I returned the product requesting my money back the following month.To this date I have not received a refund.I sent a second request quoting the guarantee,still no refund.I do not know the exact date that I ordered the product,but it was in the month of April.
