Told me that i was qualified for home modification, had me submitting forms since Sept. 2011 and my home was sold while in modification with this office. I submitted all necessary paperwork via fax and to no avail; they had documents that my home had a sale date and did nothing. I paid them $3000.00 to modify my mortgage. They do not produce any results and lack communications skills.
