I ordered from their website that guaranteed 100% authentic Ugg boots. I ordered 2 pairs of boots, I tried to contact them several times to let them know that one of the boots was the wrong one. After a couple times wearing the boots, one of them was ripped and it was clear that the fleece was fake and not 100% real merino wool. We are very upset, I have never been scammed like this before!
