Ihad messages that explorer was closing down due to a fault & that I must shut down or download the XP 2012 anti virus.The money was taken out of my account.
I was away for a few days & when I got back I fired up my PC to find that the emblem from the so-called programme had vanished.

- I also contacted my bank to have them stop payment, but they said there was little they could do once the authorisation is pledged and that I could go to my local branch and fill out a compensation form, but no gurantees that I would recover the money. Shame on these people!
