in October or early November I received an e-mail offering a free sample of Revivagenix for a small postal charge. This duly arrived.
My Marks and Spencer credit card statement of 11th December 2011
contained a charge of 133.76 USD from www.instforhealth.com.
Unfortunately I overlooked it and was charged the same amount again on my January statement.
I am now anxious to avoid being charged in future months and would like to recover at least some of the money. I have received a further supply of Revivagenix and I also received an e-mail with an obscure reference to payment , but at no time have I authorised payment of these quite large amounts.
