I ordered a pair of classic tall ugg boots on 28th nov 2011, after a couple of weeks when they hadnt arrived I emailed uggago and 'ann' emailed me back to say order had been shipped. when it didnt arrive I was told it was because of the 'christmas post'. further emails have gone un answered.
