Thank you everyone. I read everything that has happened on here from elite esig. I canceled my credit card as soon as I opened my product. It didn't come with directions, so I looked online and these complaints were the first thing I saw. I'm sorry for everyone that has been taken. Your bank or credit card company should refund your money through your fraud protection. Good luck everyone
