I applied for a loan on-line with one of those companies that search for companies that suit your credit rating, and was matched up with Cash Advance. Well I was approved for 350.00 but never accepted the loan. SO now I have this man calling me that I owe them $1,362 for not paying them back on time, and that if I didnt make a payment today that I would arrested. So first I called my bank and they made it clear no deposit was ever made, and that actually it is Against the Law to threaten someone with arresting them for defaulting on a loan. PLEASE BEWARE! The man had an Indian accent but the number he called from was (Personal Info Removed). When I asked for their number he gave me this one (Personal Info Removed) and to ask for Ryan Burke the lawyer taking care of their charge offs. I am so glad I didnt fall for this but I am still concerned they have my checking account number.
