On 01/08/2012 I was checking out some stuff and up popped this Ad and my computer locked up saying i had a virus,I couldn't get rid of it and it kept trying to sell me a plan so i picked one for 59.95.It never happened,and then on 01/11/2012 it appeared on my credit card statement.My wife got involved as i had to leave for work and she was able to get it taken care of through microsoft for79.95.I was informed by my credit union that it would not be paid,some how it got messed up.It was paid.

  • original debit charge on the 8th of Jan. was denied.On the 9th we received a call from the credit card company checking to see if it was an authorized charge, in the discussion it was relayed that since it had been denied there would be no charge.WE received no services from monstrocloud.On the 01/11/2012 a charge from this company was made with out our authority
