Same story as others who thought they were getting a free trial. Thought I would only pay for s/h, so entered code to pay amounts of £2.97 and £2.95. That was the 12th Dec. On the 29th Dec and the 3rd Jan £74.95 and £79.99 had been debited from my account. I have now cancelled any further debits via email. I also tried to call them using numbers provided but there wasn't even a ring tone! 4th Jan emailed both parties claiming a refund.They claimed in an email sent 6th Jan that they couldn't give me a refund as it wasn't mentioned by the customer. What the hell am I? And what exactly do they mean? Basically they haven't made clear what we've signed up for, this should be done before you can proceed with your order, not placed in their terms and conditions which is located at the bottom of the page in tiny print.
